Before founding Rudy’s Mobile Notary Services, I proudly served over 14 years as an Army veteran and Department of Defense (DOD) professional. My background instilled in me the values of precision, loyalty, and attention to detail — qualities I now bring to every notarization, signing, and client interaction.
Beyond my military and academic achievements, I am a passionate human rights advocate, committed to helping individuals and communities navigate complex legal needs with dignity and respect.
